Melissakeaster.com or phoenix61publications.com ("Melissa Keaster", "Phoenix61 Publications", "The Road to Jubilee", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. See section below on "Third Party Services" for more information about how this affects your personal information.

Targeted online marketing (if applicable): With your permission, targeted ads may appear featuring our products on other sites and platforms. See "Targeted Online Marketing" below.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in the United States and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in Canada, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under Canada legislation.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Hosting Platform:

Our store is hosted on Squarespace.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Payments are currently processed and managed using the third party vendors below.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Email Marketing

Users who subscribe to our newsletter will need to provide our mail service provider (MailChimp) with personal information, usually only name and email address. This information is subject not only to the terms of this Privacy Policy, but to the terms of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy of our mail service provider, as your information will be stored on their servers. Our mailing list will never be made available to any other person, organization, or entity for the purposes of using, distributing, or copying the information. We hate spam! You have the option to unsubscribe from any email marketing at any time using links provided in every marketing email.

Comments and User Content Posted to the Website

If you post any Comments or User Content on the Website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the Website, as well as other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these forums. We cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of the Website. We are not responsible for information you choose to post in this forum. 

Social Media

The Website provides users the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Dropbox, Tumblr, foursquare, Flickr, YouTube and Vimeo.
